PROJECT:
YMCA Duct Repair
CHALLENGE:
YMCA had their duct fall down due to their original duct hangers breaking. This caused the whole duct system to fall to the ground. Luckily, no one was hurt.
SOLUTION:
Upon assessing the collapsed duct system, Walton & Company designed a plan to reinstall our fabricated ductwork using new, robust hangers that would provide the necessary support and prevent future failures. We implemented additional measures to reinforce the structural integrity of the ductwork, such as incorporating extra supports where needed. Rigorous testing and quality control were carried out to verify the reliability of the newly installed system. We also recommended regular inspections and maintenance to prevent any potential hazards and ensure the long-term functionality and safety of the YMCA's ventilation system. By diligentlv assessing, designing, and executing the solution, we effectively resolved the issue and restored the duct system to a safe and operational state.
