Planned Maintenance Contract
Walton & Company offers Planned Maintenance Contracts. Briefly explained a maintenance service contract is an agreement between Walton and you, the customer that outlines the terms and conditions for maintaining and repairing your HVAC equipment. Generally, a Maintenance Contract allows us to routinely service your mechanical systems to ensure your equipment runs as smoothly as it did new and includes but is not limited to:
- 4-Hour emergency service response time
- Regular maintenance service
- Repair service
- Discounted replacement parts
- Performance guarantees
- Reporting and documentation
- Backflow Prevention
Planned Maintenance Contracts keep your systems properly cleaned and maintained, increasing their energy efficiency and lifespan longevity.
