CHALLENGE

This ductwork is enormous. At 6ft round, simply moving this duct is a challenge. Many coordinated efforts were completed to get this job done on time.

SOLUTION

Our custom metal fabricators created the duct to SMACNA standards in our metal shop. Piece by piece the duct was shipped to the job site. The sheer size of this duct created multiple trips. Using our skilled labor hands in the field, our installers installed the duct using accu-flange connections and our own hanger system. We then connected the duct to the provided scrubbers and blowers equalling 2 drops at the "pour" line and at the "curing" line. We then finished them out with custom dampers at each drop.
