Celebrating 35 years of Walton & Company fills us with pride and gratitude. Since our inception in 1989 by Brian Kottcamp and Dick Walton, alongside four committed employees, we’ve grown from a humble warehouse on Girard Avenue in York to the premier Mechanical Contractor in central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.
Our journey from HVAC services to comprehensive plumbing and beyond exemplifies our dedication to excellence and innovation. Key milestones, like relocating to 1800 Industrial Highway in 1994 and establishing a standalone fabrication facility on Concord Road in 1996, have empowered us to better serve customers and meet business demands.
Throughout, our commitment to quality, service, and innovation has remained steadfast. Our service department, with nearly 100 skilled technicians, has been pivotal, while our Design/Build capabilities, supported by licensed Engineers, LEED-certified designers, and advanced technology, continue to redefine industry standards.
Walton & Company embodies the values of hard work, determination, and excellence. As we commemorate this milestone, let’s reflect on our achievements and embrace the future with optimism and excitement.
A fun fact about the feature graphic: the background drawing was the first job done, called “Meadowlands Center Building #1”, dating April 5, 1989. The Walton & Company label is from a job named “Strunk Prosthetics, Meadowlands Tenant” (no date given), but we think it’s the same job.
Again, thanks to each of you for your dedication, talent, and passion (retired and present Walton Team). Here’s to 35 years of Walton & Company, and to many more years of growth and prosperity!
