At Walton & Company, we know firsthand how critical apprenticeship programs are to developing a strong, skilled workforce. That’s why we were proud to host our Apprenticeship Breakfast, a gathering designed to celebrate the achievements of our apprentices, recognize their commitment to learning, and officially welcome new students to the program.

The morning brought together team leaders, mentors, and department heads to honor the apprentices across three disciplines: Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and HVAC. Each group plays a vital role in the success of our projects—and each apprentice represents the future of our industry.

One of the morning’s highlights was recognizing a graduating apprentice who successfully completed the program—proof that dedication, hands-on experience, and mentorship can lead to meaningful career milestones. Their journey serves as inspiration for those just getting started.

The event also served as an introduction to our current roster of apprentices. Each individual was recognized for their progress and work ethic. With guidance from Walton’s experienced journeymen and support from our department managers, these apprentices are not just learning a trade—they’re becoming part of a culture that values growth, responsibility, and craftsmanship.

This breakfast marks the start of what we hope becomes a cherished tradition—a moment each year to pause, reflect, and recommit to the development of talent that strengthens our company and our community.

Because at Walton, we’re not just building systems—we’re building futures.

Gabriel Muniz has been awarded a $400 Tool Account Voucher in recognition of completing his HVAC apprenticeship—a program that demands four years of classroom instruction and 8,000 hours of hands-on training. This milestone not only marks his hard work and commitment but also sets him up for continued success in the field. The Tool Account Voucher will help Gabriel invest in the professional tools he needs as he advances in his HVAC career. The award was proudly presented by Cindy Eshleman, Director of Human Resources, as a symbol of the company’s support and recognition of its emerging talent. Congratulations, Gabriel!
