After 25 years of service, Don Kibler is officially hanging up his tools. From pipe fitter and welder to foreman and mechanic, Don has worn many hats throughout his time at Walton & Company—and he’s worn them all with pride, skill, and a heart for his team.

When asked about his favorite part of the job, Don didn’t hesitate: “My co-workers.” It’s the family atmosphere that kept him going all these years, and it’s the people—and one very memorable project at EVAPCO—that he’ll miss the most.

As he heads into retirement, Don has big plans to enjoy time with his grandkids—and hit the beach. We’re excited for him to be officially beach-bound and wish him sunny skies and well-deserved relaxation.

Don leaves us with a heartfelt message: “Thank you, Walton’s, for the ride. You all will be missed.”
