At Walton & Company, we take great pride in being a valuable resource for local schools and students involved in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Through our Internships, Co-Op opportunities, and Work-to-School programs, we’re committed to helping the next generation discover rewarding career paths in the trades.
Perry Patton, Assistant Sheet Metal Manager, had the opportunity to attend the York County School of Technology’s Co-Op Banquet to support two of our senior co-op students, Mazlo Diaz and Caleb Davis, who have been interning with us throughout their final year of high school. It was a great evening in May, celebrating the hard work and future promise of these students.

Walton was fortunate to have several outstanding students gain real-world experience with our Sheet Metal Team this school year:
- Colby Yohe from Dover High School
- Kirk Lavetan and Reece Kreeger from Eastern York High School
- Logan Heisey from Hershey High School
Supporting students like Mazlo, Caleb, Colby, Kirk, Reece, and Logan isn’t just about filling internship positions—it’s about building the future of our industry. At Walton, we believe hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world exposure are critical to helping young people make informed career choices and find their passion in the trades.
We are proud to invest in these students and look forward to seeing where their hard work and determination take them next!
