Safety Department
The Management of Walton & Company is vitally interested in the Safety and Health of all company associates. It is, therefore, the policy of Walton & Company to provide and maintain safe and healthful working conditions, to follow safe operating procedures that will safeguard all associates and customers who enter our facilities and job sites and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Our Safety and Health program is vigorously endorsed to prevent the occurrence of injuries and illnesses and to avoid the suffering and economic loss associated with accidents.
Safety Standards
At Walton & Company, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our associates and providing a secure environment for our customers. Our activities adhere to all Local, State, and Federal safety standards, codes, and regulations. We urge each associate to prioritize safety as a personal responsibility to minimize workplace hazards, prevent accidents, and enhance the quality of our services for our customers. The safety of our associates and customers is non-negotiable, and we seek the full commitment of all associates to uphold our safety program for accident prevention.
Safety Training
Safety training is taken very seriously at Walton & Company. All field employees at Walton receive 10 hours of OSHA Outreach Training. Project Managers, Superintendents and the Safety Director receive 30 hours of OSHA Outreach Training. Per departmental requirements and as needed, MSHA, Mine Safety Health training is also provided for employees.
