Receptionist

Receptionist:

Responsible for handling front office receptionist duties including greeting visitors, and answering telephone calls. Will assist the Accounting Department  with various clerical duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Welcome visitors and answer/route 3-line telephone system

· Perform accurate and timely billing data entry

· Operate office equipment including computer, copier, fax, calculator, telephone

· Filing, sorting, copying, folder preparation, collating, typing, data entry

· Ensure reception and training room area is tidy

· Sort and deliver office mail

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· HS Diploma/GED

· Accurate computer skills

· Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with Timberline preferred but willing to train

· Demonstrate a self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn

· Possess a customer service focus

· Minimum 3 years of related work experience

· Able to prioritize and work efficiently

· Is self-directed and able to work alone and as part of a team

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

· Basic math skills

· Excellent attendance record must be maintained
