Our business continues to grow and we need an ENTRY LEVEL, full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.  If you possess a positive attitude, are detailed oriented, have basic computer and clerical skills, are willing to learn, and can provide superior phone and customer service when you meet and greet our visitors…then this is the job for you.

Essential Job Duties:

Clerical:  filing, sorting, scanning, copying, folder preparation, collating, typing,  data entry

Operate office equipment including personal computer, copier, fax machine and  10-key calculator

Welcome visitors and answer 3-line phone system – 20 hours a week

Professional and pleasant phone voice/manners

Deliver office mail

Basic computer skills.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook

Able to ascend and descend stairs

Speak, write, read and understand the English language well enough to perform the essential duties of the job

Perform related work as assigned


Skills, Knowledge Abilities:

Basic mathematical skills

Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, thorough, analytical, and accurate

Willing to learn S2000 Service and Timberline software

Able to prioritize and work efficiently

Able to listen and communicate effectively

Able to work independently, be a self-starter, and set priorities with  minimal supervision

Able to demonstrate common sense and judgement

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Customer service focused

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task

Excellent attendance record must be maintained



High School Diploma or equivalent

Driver license preferred.  Reliable transportation required

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, 40 hour work week
