Honoring the Retirement of Kim Houser

After 14 years of dedicated service, Kim Houser retired from Walton & Company. Kim worked as a Service Technician, bringing his expertise and steady presence to the Service Department under the leadership of Service Manager Bill Vervaeke. During his time at Walton, he was supervised by Shea Holtzman and Kevin Forry, both of whom saw firsthand the pride Kim took in his work and the strong relationships he built with customers and teammates alike.

When reflecting on his career, Kim shared that his favorite part of the job was the people. He truly enjoyed working with the Walton team and appreciated the camaraderie, support, and shared knowledge from fellow technicians and staff. That sense of connection and teamwork played a big part in his longevity with the company.

As he entered retirement, Kim looked forward to spending more time with his wife and grandkids, along with tackling home projects and enjoying a slower pace of life. While he wasn’t entirely sure what the future would bring, one thing he made clear was his gratitude: “Thank you to everyone for all your help and support over the past 14 years. I’ll miss working with you.”

Please join us in congratulating Kim Houser on a well-earned retirement and thanking him for his many contributions to Walton & Company.
