Happy Retirement Rick Hornberger!

Happy Retirement Rick Hornberger!

Happy Retirement Day to Rick!

Rick came to Walton in the summer of 2002 after he completed a year-long education program at YTI here in York. Rick started out in the service field as a helper and worked his way up to a well-trained and educated service technician. During the growth of the Maryland office, Rick was chosen to perform as a Service writer taking hundreds of recommendation sheets per month and providing our customers with quality and profitable service estimates. The loss of Rick thru retirement will be felt by us all and we wish him years of great health and happiness as he transitions into a life of sleeping in late and having no stress. With his semi-pro abilities at the bowling alley, we hope to see him shine in the local bowling news.

We were able to catch up with Rick and ask what he will be doing with his lazy days ahead, his response… “Well, I know what I won’t be doing, I won’t be getting up at 5 am and driving to Hunt Valley!” Although he will be missing his work-wife Melody, he says the office is in good hands and he’s looking forward to spending his retirement with his wife, Cindy. They are both retired and will enjoy spending the time chasing after the 4 grandbabies and watching them grow up.
